Key Responsibilities
- Take the helm in guiding and coordinating diverse IT projects and cross-functional teams.
- Conceptualize, develop, and implement innovative solutions across web/content management, application development, and data management domains.
- Foster collaboration with senior leadership to ensure technology strategies harmonize with organizational objectives.
- Spearhead technical sales initiatives and craft compelling proposals.
- Provide mentorship and foster the professional growth of team members.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in IT project management and effective team leadership.
- Proficiency in Agile, Scrum methodologies, and versatility across various technology platforms.
- Strong command over content management systems, CRM, web portals, cloud-based applications, and data management solutions.
- Prior experience with contracting processes and preparation of bid submissions.
- Exceptional communication skills, adept problem-solving abilities, and a knack for building strong relationships.
- Flexibility for occasional travel as required.
