• Customer Engagement: Actively engage with customers, promptly Social Media Marketing addressing queries and fostering a positive community around our brand • Newsletter Campaigns: Craft impactful newsletters using Mailchimp, aligning with our marketing strategies to enhance audience engagement • Collaborative Planning: Work closely with the marketing team to execute the marketing plan effectively, contributing creative ideas and strategies This role will be part of a level three Multi-Channel Marketer apprenticeship provided by The Marketing Trainer. The apprenticeship covers a wide range of topics over its 15-month duration, including: • Social Media Marketing Campaign management • Content creation • Social Media marketing • Digital and traditional communications • Brand management • Communication skills • Project Management All training and support will be conducted remotely via small group training cohorts and one-to-one coaching sessions that ensure you receive individualised support along the entirety of the apprenticeship. In addition to this, the successful candidate will be enrolled on a full CIM Foundation Certificate at extra no cost. This means that once you’re finished on the apprenticeship you’ll be awarded two distinct qualifications as opposed to one. Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm – working from the office
