Digital Marketing Manager

C-Suite Coach is a small but rapidly growing business. We are a New York-based organizational coaching business that manages coaches and partnerships across the United States. We are seeking an innovative Digital Marketing Manager who actively follows current trends and creates exceptional digital marketing campaigns. 

As Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in promoting C-Suite Coach’s services and messages across all digital channels. You will be responsible for managing C-Suite Coach’s website, social media, including Facebook, Twitter/X, Instagram, and LinkedIn. You will create meaningful and valuable email and social media blast campaigns and videos to target potential client segments, while staying up-to-date on latest digital marketing trends. Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth and lead generation success of C-Suite Coach.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing for C-Suite Coach, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
  • Research, create, and execute digital marketing strategies to distribute content and drive traffic to our website and social media channels.
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging across websites, social media channels, blogs, press, and media.
  • Brainstorm and develop creative new campaign ideas and growth strategies.
  • Identify, analyze, and measure trends and content to assess performance and to optimize user experience.
  • Manage digital marketing calendar to develop and deliver quality content on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. 
  • Create and manage multiple newsletters for C-Suite Coach marketing, lead generation, coaching community, and for other programs managed by C-Suite Coach. 

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

  • 8+ years of professional experience in Digital Marketing Manager or similar role, creating and managing digital content for large companies, small-to-midsize businesses, and/or start-ups.
  • Talented and savvy in social media and in-depth knowledge of current digital industry trends.
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with teams and collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Strategic thinking to target advertising and optimize campaigns that result in substantial returns for C-Suite Coach.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and marketing best practices.
  • Experience analyzing consumer metrics, reports, and trends to identify insights and recommendations to improve digital marketing strategies for C-Suite Coach.
  • Strong project management, data analytics, email marketing, and content design/management skills.
  • Technical skills to maintain web content, graphics, and social media.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to build relationships and facilitate effective collaboration.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

  • Professional Certification, such as PCM, in Marketing from American Marketing Association (AMA) or other reputable certification organization.
  • Proficiency and experience with SEO and SEM strategy, keyword research, website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
  • Familiarity with the professional coaching industry and understanding of coaching principles and methodologies.
