This role requires a deep understanding of platforms, strong creative skills, and the ability to engage with audiences effectively. Responsibilities • Develop and execute strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement for our music industry client • Create and curate high-quality content for platforms, including images, videos, and written copy • Manage accounts, including scheduling and publishing content, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages • Conduct research and stay up-to-date with trends, industry developments, and competitor activities • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create and implement campaigns and promotions when needed • Analyze metrics and provide regular reports on performance, identifying opportunities for improvement • Stay informed about industry events, news, and releases to develop and execute timely and relevant content Requirements • Qualification in Marketing, Communication, Marketing or a related field • Excellent writing and communication skills, with an ability to produce engaging and creative content in English. • Fluency in speaking and writing in another language would be useful • Can maintain a high-level of confidentiality • Proven experience as a Manager or similar role, preferably in the music industry • In-depth knowledge of platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube, Soundcloud, Spotify and LinkedIn • Strong understanding of social media analytics tools and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions and send simplified reports. • Proficient in using design software and video editing tools • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple social media accounts and campaigns simultaneously • Ability to work independently and proactively
