I am currently supporting the COO for a leading and growing cutting Operations Manager edge Insurtech who are looking for a sitting in the Europe and UK Operations Team with interview slots for this week. This is an role which will join their Europe and UK Operations Team and will work alongside the Data Onboarding Team, Technology, Finance and Outsource teams to manage operational onboarding and management of 50+ speciality underwriters within Europe and UK. In this role you will also work alongside multiple teams to manage operational onboarding and management of 50+speciality underwriters whilst effectively managing and coaching team members with a results driven approach. My client is ideally looking for experience in: o Experience in Delegated Authority or an MGA o Prior experience as an Underwriter (desirable) o Ability to work autonomously and contribute to team objectives. o Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management tools The role is fully remote and can be based anywhere in the UK.
