I’m more interested in the person having a good work ethic, getting along with people well, have rather good time flexibility, and willing to work at hourly rates around $15 to $20 per hour. Good learning position to both enjoy & play valuable role in fun sports fan interviews and celebrity 1 on 1 studio interviews. Video experience is great, though much learning can occur on the job.
