This qualified individual will support support our federal government customer and will join a high perfroming team. What you will do: •Systems Act as primary technical support for assigned Center infrastructure implementation activities. • Provide consultation and engineering architectural design that meets FDA requirements to include server provisioning, storage, and network. • Assist with the creation and\or validation of application infrastructure documentation, (e.g., Target State Diagrams (TSDs)) and Firewall rules. • Perform technical reviews for infrastructure deployments in the data center or cloud environments. •Systems Support troubleshooting of application data center infrastructure issues (both on premise and cloud). • Serve as a technical liaison in providing product/services information and in resolving issues regarding OIMT/DIO products and services that include server provisioning, storage network, security, email, Citrix, and telecommunications. Qualifications Required Qualifications: • 2+ years with BS/BA; 0 years with MS/MA; 6 years withoout a degree • 2+ years of experience exhibiting knowledge and experience with UNIX/ Solaris. • Familiarity with Linux and Windows system infrastructure architectures (including network, firewall and authentication topologies) • Proven experience in supporting the documentation, implementation and deployment of systems and applications. • Able to provide technical customer facing interaction, problem resolution, troubleshooting, incident escalation and set direction for resolution of critical path incidents or problems. • Able to work effectively in a complex and dynamic environment with multiple FDA customers and Peraton team members, and FDA application development teams. • Experience directing and coordinating multiple data center and cloud operations team to support customer resource provisioning and application deployments. • Ability to provide input and guidance during the development of application deployment plans. • Able to review and revise application target state diagrams, application runbooks and datacenter provisioning documents, and be able to define detailed physical design and implementation activities. • Must be a US Citizen. • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance. Desired Skills/Experience: • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, applied in a customer-facing environment. • Exhibit knowledge of (and experience with) ITIL foundations best practice and processes (ITIL certification is a plus). • Experience with ServiceNow Enterprise Services Management tools. • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic customer-facing environment.
