Key Responsibilities •Digital Marketing Manager  Establish, drive and manage a coherent integrated global digital marketing strategy, using the full mix of digital acquisition techniques – PPC / search, display / programmatics, affiliates / partners and social media channels (paid and organic). • Manage the social media team to ensure marketing activities focusing on TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, LinkedIn and YouTube and others as appropriate build Human Appeal’s online community, brand, engagement and income streams. •Digital Marketing Manager  Ensure the social media team manage each social media channel and that they are scheduled and filled with content marketing calendars in-line with organisation-wide campaigns. • Devise, implement and monitor compliance of the organisational wide social media policy. • Implement digital marketing channel strategies / plans including budgeting for PPC, display, programmatic, video marketing, social media and other paid campaigns, and support / manage our external agency on a day to day basis. •Digital Marketing Manager  Plan workload for campaigns, including the briefing of collateral required for all digital marketing. Create and build digital campaigns, managing online budgets accordingly, along with identifying online demographics to target. •Digital Marketing Manager  Analyse the success of campaigns, translating anecdotal or quantitative / qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising the digital marketing and social media campaign activities. Monitor and optimise campaign progress regularly and produce reports during and after campaigns. • Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy. Stay ahead of latest trends in the digital sector and make recommendations for new strategies on a regular basis. •Digital Marketing Manager  Develop key performance indicators across all online channels and report on a regular basis. • Manage the overall budget for Digital Marketing, working closely with third-parties, agencies or consultants when required. The Successful Applicant You would have previously worked as a Digital Marketing or Social Media Specialist • Digital or Marketing related degree. • Relevant professional qualification CIM – desirable. Education • Minimum 3-5 years’+ experience in a similar digital marketing role • Experience of managing relationships with, or working for, a digital / marketing agency. • Experience of using analytics and monitoring tools to report on complex qualitative and quantitative data, with the ability to analyse and present information, compile reports and make informed recommendations. • Experience in using – MS Office Suite , Social media tools, including Hootsuite, Tweetdeck, Sprout Social. • Experience of using Google Analytics, Adwords, Double Click, Facebook Business Manager and Bing Ads. • Ideally you would have worked in a marketing digital agency and looking to go clientside What’s on Offer Salary of c35,000- £37,000 plus bens Please Note; this is an office based role and you will need to be able to travel to Cheadle
