Senior Specialist, Quality Assurance Claims Lead Pets Best offers pet insurance and wellness plans for dogs and cats in every state.Quality Assurance Lead Founded in 2005 with a mission to provide access to comprehensive animal healthcare at an affordable price, Pets Best delivers flexible coverage, an easy claims process, and excellent customer service Role Summary/Purpose: This position is responsible for improving the efficiency and quality of the entire Claims department by providing claims staff with initial and ongoing training support. Will also provide quality audits, feedback, and job aids to the team. Qualifications / Requirements: • 3+ years clinical veterinary experience. or 3+ years with medical processing within the insurance industry •Quality Assurance Lead 1+ year performing claim processing audits/referrals • 1 year working with claims including medical records. Desired Characteristics: • Previous training experience with facilitating and creating training content. • Previous quality control / assurance within pet insurance experience •Quality Assurance Lead Experience with Microsoft Suite Product including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent organization, planning, prioritization, time management and problem-solving skills
