Role Overview
As a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers. Your role will involve assisting callers with questions, providing accurate product and service information, resolving complaints, and ensuring customers have a positive experience. This role requires professionalism, empathy, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

Work Environment & Requirements
This is a remote position, allowing you to work from home. To succeed, you’ll need a professional home office setup, including a reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace. While the job is largely sedentary, it requires extended use of a computer and headset. You may occasionally be required to handle light physical tasks.
