Remote Digital Marketing Manager | USA

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing team and lead the execution of a high-impact digital marketing strategy, including the launch of a new paid media initiative. This position plays a critical role in driving demand generation, increasing brand visibility, and ensuring our digital channels deliver measurable results.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in digital marketing, demand generation, SEO, paid media, and website optimization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage agency relationships, and ensure all campaigns align with business goals while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.


About the Role

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will work closely with our marketing department leads and business unit stakeholders to identify digital opportunities that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion. You will manage both organic and paid digital channels, optimize website performance, and oversee strategies that improve lead acquisition and customer retention.

You will also coordinate with third-party digital agencies, internal creative teams, and regional marketing leads to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms while maximizing ROI on marketing spend.


Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Planning

  • Partner with marketing leadership to understand digital marketing needs and priorities.
  • Develop and execute a performance-driven digital marketing strategy, focusing on lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Ensure alignment between paid and organic efforts for cohesive brand messaging.

2. Paid & Organic Marketing

  • Oversee relationships with external agencies for SEO, SEM, and paid social campaigns.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic platforms.
  • Leverage organic search, content strategies, and digital PR to increase visibility and engagement.

3. Website & Conversion Optimization

  • Manage website UX strategy and lead initiatives for conversion rate optimization (CRO), personalization, and A/B testing.
  • Collaborate with internal design teams and external consultants on website development and improvement projects.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics (GA4).

4. Social Media & Content Alignment

  • Work with internal social media teams to ensure messaging is consistent across all platforms.
  • Coordinate paid and organic campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.

5. Regional Marketing Collaboration

  • Support regional marketing leads with targeted paid campaigns to expand into new and emerging markets.
  • Adapt digital strategies to fit localized needs and cultural preferences.

6. Email Marketing

  • Manage and collaborate with program owners on email campaigns and newsletters tied to events, product launches, and other initiatives.
  • Implement segmentation, automation, and personalization strategies to improve open and conversion rates.

7. Performance Tracking & Budget Management

  • Track KPIs across all digital channels and report on campaign performance.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Optimize the digital marketing budget for maximum ROI across paid, owned, and earned media.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 3–5+ years in digital marketing, with a strong background in demand generation, growth marketing, and performance optimization.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Minimum 2 years in SEO, SEM, and ad budget management.
    • Strong understanding of website analytics, CRO, and marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo).
    • Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), attribution modeling, and performance tracking.
  • Campaign Management: Proven success managing multi-channel paid campaigns across search, social, and programmatic platforms.
  • Collaboration Skills: Ability to work cross-functionally with product, regional marketing, and creative teams.
  • Mindset: Strategic thinker with a willingness to execute at a tactical level when needed.

Preferred Skills & Attributes

  • Hands-on expertise with A/B testing tools and personalization platforms.
  • Experience in B2B marketing with a focus on lead generation and pipeline growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.

Travel & Physical Requirements

  • Occasional travel may be required for meetings, events, or collaboration sessions.
  • Sedentary work environment with substantial use of hands, wrists, and fingers for typing and computer work.
  • Must be able to read, analyze, and interpret data on-screen for extended periods.
