Role Overview

The Social Media Manager will work at the intersection of strategy and execution—overseeing both organic and paid social media experiences. Your goal: to cultivate an engaged, positive, and growing social community centered around an enterprise tech brand. You’ll analyze cultural trends, leverage data, and articulate a clear point of view on how the brand should emerge and connect online.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Campaign Leadership
    Design and implement campaigns that boost engagement and sentiment among global business leaders and creators.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    Work closely with teams across Product Marketing, Brand, and Integrated Marketing to ensure seamless alignment in content and messaging.
  • Content and Communications Cadence
    Maintain a consistent social and blog publishing schedule, informed by insights and analytics.
  • Community Engagement
    Actively respond to comments and messages. Liaise with Customer Support and Product teams to evolve content that resonates.
  • Paid Campaign Execution
    Partner with paid media teams to roll out campaigns on time, deliver creative assets, and measure outcomes.
  • Agency Coordination
    Provide briefs, feedback, and strategic direction to agency partners, ensuring creative deliverables align with brand standards.
  • Trend Monitoring & Tool Implementation
    Deploy emerging social tools and trends across campaigns to maintain relevance and efficacy.
  • Performance Measurement
    Monitor performance against KPIs. Present monthly insights and recommendations for ongoing improvement.

What We’re Looking For

  • Industry Experience
    A minimum of 5–7 years in social media roles for enterprise-level organizations.
  • Campaign Expertise
    Proven success in running integrated social media campaigns that deliver measurable impact.
  • Creative Excellence
    Skilled in crafting engaging, strategic content tailored for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and X (Twitter).
  • Platform Proficiency
    Experience with enterprise social management platforms like Sprinklr is essential.
  • Analytical Insight
    Strong capabilities in social analytics and report generation to validate results.
  • Stakeholder Leadership
    Proven ability to unite diverse groups, using data to inform decisions and resolve challenges effectively.

Compensation Overview

The role offers an indicative compensation range of US$45–US$55 per hour, with final offer determined by your experience, depth of expertise, and alignment with internal equity.
