Key Responsibilities:

Day in the Life:
As a Junior Graphic Designer, your day might start with checking your inbox and reviewing feedback on yesterday’s designs. You’ll attend a brief virtual team check-in to align on the day’s tasks and priorities. Then, you might jump into creating Instagram graphics for a lifestyle brand, revising an eBook cover for a client, or designing a landing page hero image. You’ll upload drafts for review and move on to brainstorming ideas for an upcoming campaign. Throughout the day, you’ll use Slack or email to communicate with team members, and perhaps hop on a quick Zoom call to discuss design directions.
You’ll be given the freedom to manage your own schedule, as long as you meet deadlines and maintain quality. Your manager and senior designers are there to guide and support you, but you’re encouraged to take initiative and bring your creativity to the table.
