Job Description: • DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION • Information Services is committed to providing leadership, support and coordination of technology at Samaritan Health Services. The IS Apps Delivery and Ops function manages the operations of our existing services and implements new technology into the organization on behalf of our business customers. Our team includes the 24/7 service desk, application operations and implementation teams. • EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS 1. One (1) of the following required: a. Bachelor’s degree (preferably ina related field) or equivalent work experience plus three (3) years experiencein Information Technology and/or project management. b. Six (6) years of relevanthealthcare experience. 2. One (1) Epiccertification/accreditation/proficiency required. Obtaining additional proficiencies, accreditations, or certifications related toassigned modules may be required based on departmentsoperational needs and at manager discretion. 3. Experience in a healthcareenvironment preferred. We arelooking for candidates who take initiative, enjoy a team atmosphere, who areengaged and ready to supply great customer service while triaging and resolvingincidents and requests. Project work will be assigned as needed. EpicBeaker CP certification required; with Epic Beaker AP certificationpreferred. Lab operations experience preferred.
