Job Description Responsibilities • Develop a solution selling framework for GE HealthCare business — tailor deal lifecycle, enablement deliverables, required resources, technology support, maturity model, sales methodology • Establish a deep understanding of customers’ business needs by creating value to customers for our solution footprint and developing top strategic account plans • Develop and drive a sustainable commercial and solution strategy across multiple customer divisions and geographic areas and work with our modality business. • Actively grow and maintain a multi-year strategic account plan that will be shared globally with parts of our business including Marketing, Product Management, Sales, Professional Services, and the Development teams to ensure coordination across the business • Leverage the “Big GE HealthCare” by coordinating across multiple GE HealthCare divisions to solve customer challenges and enhance value and loyalty through the introduction of programs. • Formulate the winning proposals based on a cohesive strategy that leverages deep knowledge of industry, customer and GE HealthCare products Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing or related discipline or equivalent • Extensive software industry experience with proven track record in new sales • Experience of working in clinical departments with a good working knowledge of the National Health Services (NHS) and private providers in diagnostics or similar • Understanding of NHS Frameworks and procurement processes and long-term plan • Have managed and won deals from £200 K- £5M • Ability to own and write tender responses • A passion to succeed, fast starter with a wiliness to go the extra path to win • Strategic, creative thinker with an eye on customers outcomes • Flexibility in order to meet customer timelines • Be open, trusted, and work part of a team • Must understand digital use of data and be IT literate • Must be new sales focused • Must be able to demonstrate sales cycle and understand business case planning.
