About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative (Remote), you will be the face and voice of our company. - Customer Feedback Loop: Provide thoughtful suggestions and observations from customer conversations to help the company improve products and services.
- Follow-up: Ensure timely follow-up on unresolved queries and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the customer journey.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: 0–5 years of professional experience in customer service, call center support, or any customer-facing role. Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to explain complex issues clearly and concisely.
- Problem-Solving: Capable of handling stressful situations calmly while thinking critically to find the best solutions.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic to intermediate knowledge of customer service tools, CRM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and messaging platforms (e.g., Slack, Zoom).
- Self-Discipline: Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and stay organized while working remotely.
- Soft Skills: Empathy, patience, active listening, and a genuine interest in resolving customer concerns.
Preferred (but not required):
- Familiarity with customer service tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, or Salesforce
- Prior experience working in a remote environment
- Bilingual abilities (Spanish, French, or any additional language)
Work Schedule
