Key Responsibilities:

- Document all customer interactions clearly and thoroughly in CRM software.
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying complaints, determining the cause, and offering appropriate solutions.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support or management when necessary.
- Stay up to date with company policies, services, promotions, and product knowledge.

Basic Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
- 1+ year of experience in customer service or a similar client-facing role preferred, but not required.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace at home.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar software tools.
- Availability to work full-time or part-time, including occasional weekends or holidays based on business needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous remote work experience.
- Familiarity with helpdesk software (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce, etc.).
