UX/UI Designers

We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate UX/UI Designer & Developer to join our growing team. This role is best suited for a dynamic professional who thrives at the intersection of user experience design and front-end development. You will play a key role in shaping how users interact with our digital products, from concept through delivery.

As a UX/UI Designer, you will lead the user research process, starting as early as the discovery phase of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Your work will directly inform how we approach design and development, with deliverables that include journey maps, personas, user flows, and detailed usability testing documentation.

As a UI Developer, you will take these insights and translate them into elegant, responsive, and accessible user interfaces using modern front-end technologies. This is an ideal opportunity for a professional who values user-centered design, accessibility, and seamless digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

UX Design and Research:

  • Lead the user research efforts across the SDLC, especially during the Discovery phase.
  • Develop research strategies, including creating interview guides, survey instruments, usability testing scripts, and stakeholder feedback frameworks.
  • Conduct user interviews, usability tests, and behavior observation sessions to gather qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Analyze research findings and produce actionable insights that will drive design and product direction.
  • Generate UX documentation such as personas, journey maps, wireframes, user flows, and storyboards.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders, product owners, and developers to ensure alignment between user needs and business objectives.

UI Design and Prototyping:

  • Design high-fidelity interactive prototypes using standard UX/UI design tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, and InVision.
  • Iterate on user interface concepts based on continuous testing and user feedback.
  • Apply best practices in Human-Centered Design (HCD) and maintain compliance with accessibility standards such as WCAG 2.0.

UI Development:

  • Translate UI/UX designs into clean, scalable, and responsive front-end code using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and device responsiveness of all user-facing components.
  • Collaborate with backend developers to ensure seamless integration with APIs and other services.
  • Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Maintain front-end documentation and support ongoing feature updates and bug fixes.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience: A minimum of 8+ years of professional experience in UX design and front-end development.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Certifications: Industry certifications in UX Design, Front-End Development, or Accessibility are highly desirable.

Technical Skills and Tools

UX/UI Tools:

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe XD, Sketch, and InVision.
  • Experience with other wireframing, prototyping, and user testing tools is a plus (e.g., Figma, Axure, Miro).

Front-End Technologies:

  • Expert-level knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with popular JavaScript frameworks such as React and Angular.
  • Understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.

Other Skills:

  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.0 and above) and inclusive design principles.
  • Ability to work within Agile/Scrum teams and manage timelines effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment.
