Do you love fashion and want to work behind the scenes of an international brand’s online store? We’re looking for a Trading Assistant to join our Digital Trading Team and help keep our websites running smoothly.

You’ll support everything from launching new products online to keeping the site updated, making sure our digital space looks amazing and performs well.

What You’ll Be Doing:

✅ Make sure products go live online correctly – with the right images, sizes, videos, and info.
🔁 Help set up cross-sells and upsells (recommending matching items).
🖥️ Keep the website accurate and clean – checking categories, filters, and product details.
🛍️ Help merchandise the online store using sales trends and stock info.
🌐 Update web pages with seasonal product launches, badges, and styling.
📊 Handle product launch reports, track missing items, and help fix any issues.
🧪 Support website testing during promotions and campaigns.
✉️ Match email marketing with product listings for a smooth experience.
🔍 Do regular site audits to maintain quality across all countries.
💡 Use sales data to suggest updates and highlight bestsellers.
🌍 Understand regional differences in product availability and customer needs.
📦 Upload products to Amazon and keep everything aligned with the brand’s look and feel.
🤝 Support your team whenever needed with a positive and proactive attitude.

What You’ll Need:

📅 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced or retail-related environment
🔍 Great attention to detail and highly organized
👥 Strong teamwork and communication skills
📈 A passion for fashion, digital sales, and retail
📊 Confident using Google Docs and Excel
🧠 A commercial mindset – always thinking about how to improve the customer experience and boost sales
