As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive traffic to our company’s digital platforms. You will leverage various social media channels to create compelling content, monitor conversations, analyze metrics, and optimize campaigns to achieve our marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Leadership team to develop social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals and objectives.
- Content Creation: Create and curate high-quality, engaging content for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Yelp, Google Business) that resonates with our target audience.
- Community Management: Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions. Engage with the audience promptly, fostering positive relationships and addressing inquiries or concerns effectively.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertising campaigns, contests, and promotions, to drive engagement, increase followers, and achieve conversion targets.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversion rates) using social media analytics tools. Provide regular reports and insights to the marketing team, highlighting successes, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Stay Updated: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms in social media marketing. Continuously seek opportunities to optimize strategies and incorporate innovative tactics.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including promoters, Executive Chefs, Event planners to ensure social media activities are aligned with overall brand messaging and objectives.
- Brand Advocacy: Cultivate relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and industry partners to amplify brand reach and credibility.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience (1-2+years) working in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with graphic design and video editing software. Canvas, Premier Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, Word Press is mandatory
- Certification in social media marketing or related field.
