Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and proactive Business Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building client relationships. This is a remote position based in the United Kingdom.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing campaigns and materials to support sales efforts.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive analysis, and potential areas for expansion.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients, effectively articulating the value proposition of Virtual Solutions’ services.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial and aligned with company objectives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, pipeline management, and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of new clients and facilitate the onboarding process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the digital services industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, with a high level of self-motivation and initiative.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and opportunities.
  • Knowledge of the digital services market and industry trends is desirable.
  • Availability to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
