Key Responsibilities

• Represent Credo Beauty professionally across all client, retail, and consumer touchpoints
• Deliver outstanding results in your core Clean Beauty Sales Advisor duties with passion and precision
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and operations
• Maintain deep knowledge of beauty product lines, trends, and competitive landscape
• Achieve and exceed performance targets, KPIs, and quality standards set by Credo Beauty
• Provide exceptional service and expertise to clients, customers, or retail partners

Required Qualifications

• Relevant experience in the beauty, cosmetics, personal care, or retail industry
• Strong passion for beauty products, trends, and consumer experiences
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Relevant licences or certifications for Clean Beauty Sales Advisor where required (e.g. cosmetology licence)
• Authorisation to work in the United States
