As a Project Manager at Infuse, you’ll be responsible for pitching, leading, and executing diverse projects from conception to completion. Your role will involve managing timelines, budgets, resources, and expectations while fostering strong collaboration across teams and stakeholders.

Remote Project Manager Key Responsibilities
Project Pitching and Leadership
Remote Project Manager Take ownership of new ideas. Present project concepts to stakeholders and confidently lead them through each phase of development, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client needs.
Strategic Planning and Budget Management
Remote Project Manager Develop clear and realistic project plans. Define scopes, allocate resources, and manage budgets effectively. You’ll be accountable for keeping everything organized and on track.
Execution and Progress Monitoring
Remote Project Manager Lead implementation by assigning tasks, overseeing timelines, and ensuring deliverables meet expectations. You’ll also handle adjustments when project needs evolve.
Reporting and Deadline Management
Produce regular progress reports, communicate updates clearly to stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Process Optimization
Evaluate and refine project processes continuously. Identify inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements to ensure smooth operations and higher performance.
Team Communication and Coordination
Serve as the link between leadership and project teams. You’ll ensure everyone is aligned, informed, and equipped to do their best work.
Application of Methodologies

Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience leading and managing projects.
- At least 1 year of experience in IT or software-related project development is preferred.

- Excellent planning, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Remote Project Manager Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Knowledge of Ukrainian or Russian is a plus, though not required.
Compensation and Work Environment

- Salary Range: $2,500 – $3,500 USD/month, depending on qualifications and performance.
- Contract Type: Full-time, remote (worldwide).
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM EEST. This schedule ensures strong overlap with our team’s core working hours while allowing flexibility for remote work.
