About the Role
As a UI/UX Designer at Brainstorm Force, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our digital products. You’ll work closely with product managers, developers, and marketers to bring ideas to life — from initial concepts to production-ready designs. Our suite includes SaaS platforms, WordPress plugins, admin dashboards, and other web-based tools used by professionals across the globe.

Key Responsibilities
🧩 Design Intuitive User Interfaces
- UI/UX & Creative Designer Create user-centric designs for SaaS applications, WordPress plugins, web apps, and admin dashboards.
- Develop clean, modern UI components that enhance usability and user satisfaction.
🤝 Collaborate Across Teams
- UI/UX & Creative Designer Work alongside developers, product managers, and marketing specialists to understand user needs and business goals.
- Translate complex requirements into clear, actionable design solutions.
🧪 Wireframes, Prototypes & User Flows
- Design user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes that clearly convey your design vision.
- Communicate interaction patterns and UI behavior with precision to cross-functional teams.
📐 Maintain and Evolve Design Systems
- Build, document, and maintain scalable design systems that ensure visual consistency across all products.
- Contribute to a cohesive brand and product experience.
🎯 Pixel-Perfect Implementation
- Collaborate with developers to ensure your designs are executed exactly as intended, across devices and platforms.
- Perform final design QA and sign-off before releases.
🔍 User Research & Feedback
- UI/UX & Creative Designer Conduct user research and usability testing with tools like Maze or UserTesting.
- Use feedback and analytics to iterate and improve your designs continuously.
📊 Data-Driven Interface Design
- UI/UX & Creative Designer Design dashboards and reporting tools that effectively communicate insights through clean, intuitive data visualization.
- Make complex data easy to digest through thoughtful UI design.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone with a strong foundation in both design and problem-solving. Ideal candidates should have:
- Proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and maintaining design systems.
- UI/UX & Creative Designer Experience designing for SaaS, web apps, or complex digital interfaces.
- UI/UX & Creative Designer Ability to create user-centered designs supported by research, testing, and analytics.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for asset creation.
- A deep understanding of responsive design, accessibility best practices, and UI principles.
- UI/UX & Creative Designer Strong communication skills to explain design decisions and collaborate across departments.
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to effectively hand off designs to developers.
- Attention to detail, ensuring polished, production-ready designs.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience designing for WordPress (especially plugins or backend interfaces).
- Familiarity with admin interfaces, dashboards, or enterprise-level products.
- UI/UX & Creative Designer Skills in data visualization, turning complex data into beautiful, usable visual elements.
- UI/UX & Creative Designer Prior experience working on SaaS products with multi-step workflows and role-based user interactions.
