What You’ll Do
- Content Creation & Scheduling
Design, curate, and schedule daily content across major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Pinterest). Align messaging with brand tone and campaign goals. - Strategy & Campaign Planning
Develop and implement monthly and quarterly content calendars. Align strategy with broader business objectives, audience personas, and platform trends. - Community Management
Monitor brand mentions, comments, DMs, and reviews. Engage meaningfully with followers to foster relationships, answer inquiries, and manage sentiment. - Analytics & Reporting
Track performance metrics such as engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI. Deliver weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights. - Trendspotting
Stay updated on emerging platform features, content formats, and algorithm changes. Identify and pitch new ideas to enhance organic and paid growth. - Collaboration & Communication
Coordinate with creative teams, influencers, paid media specialists, and brand managers to ensure cohesive digital storytelling.

- Data-savvy and results-oriented. You’re not just posting content; you’re testing, learning, and optimizing for impact.
- Organized, self-driven, and adaptable to fast-paced digital environments.
Required Qualifications
- U.S.-based with legal authorization to work
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands, influencers, or agencies
- Proficiency with tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, or Sprout Social
- Experience using Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or TikTok Ads Manager
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone across platforms
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Express, or similar design tools
- Understanding of social media KPIs, audience segmentation, and content strategy
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional social media management experience
- Background in digital marketing, communications, or brand management
- Experience with video editing tools like CapCut or Adobe Premiere Rush
- Comfort with influencer collaborations and UGC campaigns
- Basic knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and CRM tools is a plus

Compensation
