About Project Manager:

As a Project Manager, you will take ownership of multiple projects across departments, ensuring clear communication, timely delivery, and seamless coordination between stakeholders. You’ll manage deadlines, allocate resources, identify risks, and create reports to keep all stakeholders informed and aligned.

You’ll be expected to lead with confidence, think strategically, and execute tactically—all while maintaining a proactive and solution-focused mindset. From daily standups to high-level strategy discussions, you’ll play a critical role in keeping teams organized and outcomes on track.


Key Responsibilities of Project Manager:

  • Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they meet scope, timeline, and budget goals.
  • Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource needs in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans and manage cross-functional team coordination.
  • Track progress using PM tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Jira) and regularly update stakeholders on status.
  • Anticipate, identify, and mitigate project risks and blockers.
  • Conduct post-project reviews and implement improvements for future initiatives.
  • Facilitate effective communication between team members, clients, vendors, and leadership.
  • Drive accountability through regular check-ins, KPI reviews, and performance monitoring.
  • Lead virtual meetings, organize documentation, and streamline workflows.
  • Align projects with company goals, ensuring consistent prioritization of high-impact work.

Qualifications in Project Manager:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of project management experience in a remote, cross-functional environment.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects end-to-end across multiple teams and time zones.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid).
  • Proficiency with digital project management tools such as Asana, ClickUp, Trello, or Jira.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to present clearly to executives and team members alike.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a remote setup.
  • Comfortable working U.S. business hours (EST/PST preferred).
