Key Responsibilities of Recruitment Manager

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for the U.S. market, including job scoping, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Partner closely with department heads and hiring managers in the U.S. to understand business needs and build effective hiring plans.
  • Utilize a mix of inbound and outbound recruitment strategies, including job boards, LinkedIn sourcing, employee referrals, and agency partnerships.
  • Develop employer branding initiatives to position the company as a top employer in key U.S. talent markets.
  • Implement and manage a data-driven recruitment process, leveraging metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality scores.
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. labor and employment laws while aligning with internal global hiring standards.
  • Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines for high-priority roles, especially in sales, tech, marketing, and operations.
  • Support the integration of new hires and act as a liaison between HR, hiring managers, and new employees to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Key Requirements of Recruitment Manager

  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of success in the U.S. hiring market.
  • Strong familiarity with U.S. employment regulations, hiring best practices, and candidate expectations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills – able to build trust and influence at all levels.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments (startup or scale-up experience is a plus).
  • Comfortable using ATS platforms, recruitment CRMs, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
