About the Role

We’re seeking a top-tier Executive Assistant to provide strategic and operational support to a highly-connected CEO leading several global initiatives across climate justice, international development, and policy change. This fully remote role is ideal for candidates based on the U.S. West Coast to align with executive availability, with quarterly in-person meetings required.

In this role, you’ll serve as a critical partner, managing communications, coordinating international engagements, and ensuring smooth operations across multiple high-impact ventures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Executive Assistant Manage complex and dynamic calendars across multiple time zones
  • Act as gatekeeper and liaison to high-profile individuals, government leaders, NGOs, and global partners
  • Coordinate international and domestic travel logistics
  • Prepare briefing documents, presentations, and reports for strategic meetings and public appearances
  • Executive Assistant Handle sensitive communications and confidential materials with absolute discretion
  • Organize high-level meetings, board calls, and events
  • Conduct research to support new partnerships and advocacy work
  • Manage expenses, invoicing, and other administrative workflows
  • Help cultivate a values-aligned team culture and mission-driven operational rhythm

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a relevant field
  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience supporting CEOs, Founders, or UHNW individuals
  • Exceptional communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal
  • Proven ability to anticipate needs and work independently with strong judgment
  • Skilled in managing international travel, scheduling, and sensitive correspondence
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint) and virtual collaboration tools
  • Demonstrated alignment with mission-driven work and climate/social impact values
  • Flexible availability, including occasional after-hours responsiveness
  • Discretion, integrity, and a calm, solutions-first mindset under pressure

Work Environment

  • Fully remote (West Coast U.S. preferred)

  • Requires flexibility with time zones and occasional travel

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary: $150,000–$200,000, based on experience
