About Marketing Manager
Are you an experienced B2B marketer with a passion for driving measurable results? Do you thrive at the intersection of creativity and analytics? If so, we’re looking for you to join our growing marketing team as a Demand Marketing Manager. This high-impact role is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel demand generation campaigns that generate qualified leads and build a predictable sales pipeline.
As a Demand Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the customer acquisition strategy and accelerating our growth across enterprise and mid-market segments. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with sales, content, product marketing, and operations to design and launch campaigns that resonate with our audience and drive revenue outcomes.
This role is ideal for a self-starter who understands the nuances of B2B buyer behavior, has hands-on experience managing integrated marketing programs, and knows how to use data to drive every decision. We are looking for someone who can think big, move fast, and deliver results in a rapidly scaling business environment.
Key Responsibilities of Marketing Manager
- Develop, launch, and manage integrated demand generation campaigns across digital, email, paid, content, webinars, and events.
- Build and manage marketing programs that support each stage of the customer journey—from awareness to decision—to maximize marketing-sourced pipeline and revenue.
- Collaborate with content, design, and product marketing teams to develop compelling assets and messaging tailored to buyer personas and market segments.
- Lead and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies targeting enterprise accounts, leveraging tools and data to personalize outreach and increase engagement.
- Manage paid advertising channels such as LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and retargeting platforms to drive qualified traffic and conversions.
- Optimize conversion paths across landing pages, lead forms, and email sequences to increase MQL and SQL volume.
- Implement lead nurturing workflows and email automation to move prospects through the funnel efficiently and effectively.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, measuring KPIs such as cost-per-lead (CPL), marketing-qualified leads (MQLs), sales-qualified leads (SQLs), conversion rates, and marketing-attributed revenue.
- Own and maintain the integrity of lead scoring, segmentation, and routing processes in coordination with marketing operations and sales teams.
- Maintain a strong feedback loop with SDRs and Account Executives to ensure timely follow-up and continual campaign refinement.
- Stay current on demand generation best practices, digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance campaign performance.
About Marketing Manager
- You have 5–8 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of building full-funnel marketing programs that drive pipeline and revenue growth.
- In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms, campaign optimization techniques, and lead generation strategies.
- Comfortable working across multiple channels and marketing platforms with a focus on ROI and conversion metrics.
- Excellent project management skills—you can juggle multiple campaigns, stakeholders, and deadlines with ease.
- Familiar with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Looker), and ABM platforms (e.g., Demandbase, 6sense).
- Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate across departments and build alignment around shared goals.
- Data-driven thinker with a strong analytical mindset and the ability to present actionable insights clearly.
- Passionate about marketing innovation, experimentation, and staying ahead of industry trends.
What You’ll Bring
- A deep understanding of the B2B buyer journey and how to create content and campaigns that influence each stage.
- Experience building and executing ABM programs and working in close alignment with sales teams.
- Confidence to own budget and drive strategic decisions to maximize the efficiency of paid marketing spend.
