About Social Media Manager:

Key Responsibilities of Social Media Manager:

1. Social Media Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute social media strategies tailored for the UK market across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), TikTok, and emerging platforms.
  • Align all social media activities with broader marketing goals and campaigns.
  • Own the social content calendar and ensure consistency of tone, message, and timing.

2. Content Creation & Management

  • Plan and create compelling, original, and high-quality content including posts, stories, videos, carousels, and more.
  • Work with internal creative teams and freelancers to produce visuals and copy that align with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor trends and leverage real-time marketing opportunities that align with our brand.

3. Community Engagement

  • Foster an active and engaged community through regular interactions, responses, and proactive conversations.
  • Build relationships with followers, influencers, and potential brand advocates.
  • Act as a brand ambassador in the digital space with authenticity and empathy.

4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track KPIs and performance metrics including engagement rate, follower growth, CTR, reach, and conversions.
  • Provide monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Use data to iterate and optimize campaigns and content strategies.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the broader marketing team, sales, customer service, and product teams to ensure messaging consistency.
  • Collaborate with paid media teams to amplify organic content and support paid campaigns.

6. Influencer & Partnership Coordination

  • Identify and manage relationships with UK-based influencers, creators, and collaborators.
  • Coordinate campaigns, product seeding, and promotional partnerships.

Qualifications of Social Media Manager:

Must-Haves:
