To support our U.S. market expansion, we are looking to hire a Remote Sales Development Representative (SDR) located in the United States. While this is a fully remote role, you will work closely with our UK-based team and contribute to our international go-to-market strategy.


Role Overview of Sales Development Representative

As a Sales Development Representative, your primary responsibility will be identifying and generating new business opportunities by creating qualified leads for our Account Executive team. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, responsible for conducting outbound prospecting campaigns, qualifying inbound leads, and booking discovery calls or product demonstrations.

This role requires a confident communicator who enjoys problem-solving, initiating conversations, and building relationships. You will collaborate across sales and marketing departments, leverage technology tools and sales enablement platforms, and use data-driven strategies to optimize outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities of Sales Development Representative

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate new business opportunities.
  • Identify key decision-makers and understand their business needs to effectively qualify leads.
  • Maintain a high volume of outreach while ensuring a personalized, professional, and value-driven approach.
  • Use CRM tools to manage pipelines, track outreach activity, and document engagement with potential clients.
  • Work closely with Account Executives to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align outbound strategies with campaign goals.
  • Continuously test, analyze, and improve outreach scripts, messaging, and lead generation techniques.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly quotas for outreach activities and qualified meetings booked.

Required Qualifications in Sales Development Representative

  • Must be located in the United States and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a sales development, lead generation, or similar B2B sales role.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to influence and build rapport.
  • Proven ability to perform in a high-activity outbound role using phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Comfortable working in a remote, asynchronous environment with a UK-based team.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to manage time independently.
  • Familiarity with business communication norms and market dynamics in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications in Sales Development Representative

  • Previous experience in SaaS or tech-related sales.
  • Understanding of sales methodologies such as SPIN, BANT, or MEDDIC.
  • Experience using sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Outreach, or ZoomInfo.
