Creative Development and Strategy

  • Develop full-funnel paid social creative strategies across various platforms, ensuring alignment with client objectives and performance goals.
  • Conduct in-depth research into audiences, competitors, and market trends to inform creative concepts.
  • Write creative briefs that guide design and video production teams toward executing content that is optimized for engagement and conversion.
  • Generate innovative concepts and campaign ideas that reflect brand messaging and performance insights.

Performance Analysis and Optimization

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of creative assets using key metrics such as click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Partner with media buyers and analysts to extract insights from campaign data and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead post-launch creative reviews to evaluate what worked, what didn’t, and why.
