  • Provide Feedback – Offer insights and recommendations to improve software usability based on customer interactions
  • Follow Up with Customers – Ensure customer issues are resolved by following up and confirming satisfaction
  • Escalate Complex Issues – Identify and escalate critical or unresolved issues to the appropriate team
