Sales Development Representative—UK-Based Opportunity

Are you an ambitious, results-driven professional with a passion for sales and international business development? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment and want to build a career with a global technology or SaaS company? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our growing team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) focused on the EMEA and US markets.
Based in the United Kingdom, this role offers a unique chance to work with a dynamic, diverse sales team that is at the forefront of connecting potential clients with high-value solutions. Whether you’re a seasoned SDR looking to step into a more strategic role, or an early-career talent eager to grow in a structured sales environment, this role is designed to equip you with the tools, support, and exposure needed to thrive.
What You’ll Do
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients across Europe, the Middle East, Africa (EMEA), and the United States. You’ll be the first point of contact in the sales cycle, using your communication skills, persistence, and creativity to initiate meaningful conversations that convert into high-quality leads.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Prospecting and qualifying inbound and outbound leads.
- Conducting research on target accounts and key decision-makers.
- Leveraging email, phone calls, social media (especially LinkedIn), and automation tools to generate interest.
- Booking discovery calls and meetings for the Account Executives.
- Maintaining accurate records in the CRM and reporting progress regularly.
- Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation campaigns.
This is a front-line role where your efforts directly impact revenue growth. You’ll gain invaluable exposure to top-level sales strategies, customer psychology, and B2B engagement across different cultures and regions.
Why This Role Is Ideal for You
If you’re driven by metrics, energized by challenges, and enjoy speaking with new people every day, this SDR role is perfect for you. This opportunity allows you to:
- Develop your skills in international sales by working across EMEA and US territories.
- Build a career in tech or SaaS sales, which remains one of the most in-demand and lucrative fields.
- Receive continuous mentorship and training that prepares you for promotion into Account Executive or Sales Manager roles.
- Work in a hybrid or remote setting (depending on the company’s structure), giving you the flexibility to manage your day effectively.
Who You Are
To succeed in this role, we’re looking for someone with the following qualities:
- Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written); fluency in another EMEA language is a plus.
- 1–3 years of experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role (preferably B2B).
- A growth mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive) and sales engagement tools.
- Comfortable working in different time zones or coordinating with global teams.
You don’t need to be an expert—you just need to be hungry to learn, coachable, and driven to succeed.
The Team Culture
Our company culture values collaboration, ownership, and transparency. We believe that the best ideas come from diverse perspectives and open communication. As part of our sales development team, you’ll enjoy:
- A supportive environment where questions are encouraged and ideas are welcomed.
- Monthly team meetups, virtual hangouts, and occasional international retreats.
- Recognition programs and competitive compensation packages.
Career Growth & Learning
We’re invested in your long-term success. Many of our current Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and even Sales Directors started their careers as SDRs. With us, you’ll have access to:
- Structured onboarding and ongoing sales training.
- Certification programs for tools, negotiation, and pipeline management.
- Internal promotions based on performance and potential—not just tenure.
Compensation & Benefits
We offer a competitive base salary with uncapped commission potential. Additional benefits may include:
- Flexible working hours and hybrid/remote work options.
- Health and wellness plans.
- Learning stipends or professional development budgets.
- Paid holidays, sick leave, and generous vacation time.
Specific figures and perks vary by company, but the core offering is designed to reward high performance and drive.
