About the Role

As a Growth Marketing Intern, you’ll be part of the Discovery team—responsible for exploring new acquisition channels, conducting marketing experiments, and optimizing strategies to drive user growth. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including performance marketers, data analysts, content creators, and product managers.

You’ll learn how to run digital campaigns, analyze user behavior, optimize conversion funnels, and contribute to the ideation and execution of marketing tests. Whether it’s crafting SEO-optimized content, identifying new influencer or partner channels, A/B testing email campaigns, or optimizing landing pages, you’ll be involved in projects that have a direct impact on business performance.


What You’ll Do

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and analysis of growth experiments across digital channels.
  • Conduct competitor and market research to identify emerging trends and new marketing opportunities.
  • Collaborate on SEO strategies and support content creation for blog posts, landing pages, and outreach campaigns.
  • Support the team in setting up and monitoring paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Help manage and optimize user acquisition funnels and contribute to marketing automation efforts.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare weekly reports to track progress.
  • Work on product-led growth initiatives, helping users discover product value faster.
  • Test and optimize email marketing workflows and onboarding sequences to improve engagement.
  • Assist in social media marketing efforts, community engagement, and organic channel growth.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and share ideas that contribute to creative campaign development.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves:

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO, PPC, social, email, etc.)

  • Passion for startups, growth hacking, and experimenting with new ideas

Nice-to-Haves:

  • A portfolio, blog, or side project that showcases your interest in marketing or writing
