Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Specialist Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Social Media Specialist Create, curate, and schedule engaging content, including posts, images, videos, and stories.
- Social Media Specialist Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall business goals.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and audience targeting.
- Identify and engage with influencers, brand advocates, and potential collaboration opportunities.
- Optimize social media profiles and posts for maximum reach and engagement.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their best practices.
- Excellent content creation skills, including writing, graphic design, and video editing.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or Later).
- Experience with paid social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to produce engaging content.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote or hybrid work environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in SEO and digital marketing strategies.
- Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or other graphic design tools.
- Familiarity with email marketing and influencer marketing strategies.
Work Schedule:
- This is a part-time position with flexible hours (approximately 15-20 hours per week).
- Work remotely or from our office, depending on company requirements.
