We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Centre Manager to oversee the operations of our service centre. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily activities, ensuring high-quality service, leading a team, and optimizing processes for efficiency.

Key Responsibilities of Service Centre Manager

Service Centre Operations:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the service centre, ensuring smooth workflow and high efficiency.
  • Manage equipment repairs, maintenance, and servicing processes to meet company standards.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor and optimize service processes for improved performance.

Customer Service & Satisfaction:

  • Ensure a high level of customer service by handling queries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
