- Supplier & Service Marketing: Develop and promote marketing strategies for supplier services through internal channels to increase engagement and adoption
- Agent Recruitment Marketing: Design and execute a detailed marketing plan aimed at recruiting new agents, utilizing a mix of digital and traditional channels
- Email Campaign Management: Manage transactional and marketing email campaigns through HubSpot, ensuring timely and relevant communication with target audiences
- Events Marketing: Oversee the marketing and communications of major country events, ensuring successful promotion and execution to engage both internal and external audiences
- Content & Multimedia Creation: Manage the creation of multimedia content, particularly video, to support marketing initiatives
- Digital Marketing & Social Media: Leverage digital marketing tools and social media platforms to build brand awareness, generate leads, and drive engagement
- Cross-functional Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives and campaign goals
- Market Intelligence & Reporting: Track market trends and campaign performance, providing regular reports and strategic recommendations for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with Leadership Teams: Work closely with country and International leadership teams to translate broader global marketing goals into regionally tailored efforts, ensuring local relevance and impact
Required Skills & Qualifications of Marketing Manager:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a marketing management role, preferably in a digital or B2B environment.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, content marketing, social media, and email marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM software, and analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and copywriting skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing performance data and make data-driven decisions.
