Key Responsibilities:
1. Sample Tracking and Communication
- Monitor and track the delivery status of samples and communicate updates to cross-functional teams.
- Manage daily Work-in-Progress (WIP) files, including prototypes, material trials, approvals, and ad samples.
- Verify samples to ensure compliance with specifications and document any discrepancies.
- Prepare updated design color cards for correction meetings.
- Organize samples and materials to maintain efficiency and ensure easy access.
- Work closely with local factories to make necessary modifications to SMS and styling samples.
2. Market and Styling Preparation
- Ensure samples are ready for line reviews and showroom presentations.
- Coordinate professional photography of SMS for market displays.
- Organize SMS for the International Sales Team.
- Assist in collecting samples for styling photoshoots.
- Manage seasonal product knowledge materials for Sales and E-commerce.
3. Material Management
- Communicate with suppliers to request materials and coordinate with factories for seamless production.
- Maintain well-organized seasonal material books with detailed references for all sample materials.
- Place orders for seasonal Pantone colors and develop color standard sheets for suppliers.
- Oversee the development of trims as per project requirements.
- Organize new materials in the Material Library weekly to ensure accessibility.
- Provide support for material liability projects to optimize resource usage.
4. Administrative Tasks
- Coordinate daily shipments across local, domestic, and international locations.
- Receive and inspect shipments, documenting all received items and updating teams accordingly.
- Manage sample invoice coding for the Accounts Payable department.
