Role Description:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team full-time at our Bend, OR location. This is an on-site position requiring a proactive, creative, and results-driven individual who will oversee the social media and digital marketing efforts for three distinct companies. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple brands effectively, and is passionate about leveraging social media to drive engagement and business growth.

As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies that align with each company’s unique brand identity. You will create compelling content, manage online interactions, and analyze performance metrics to optimize engagement and conversions. Your expertise in digital marketing and content creation will be essential in executing successful campaigns that elevate brand awareness and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management: Oversee and manage social media accounts for three companies, ensuring consistent branding, messaging, and engagement across all platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging, high-quality content such as graphics, videos, blog posts, and promotional materials tailored to each brand’s audience.
  • Marketing Strategy Implementation: Design and execute digital marketing strategies that align with business goals, utilizing organic and paid tactics to maximize reach and conversions.
  • Marketing Calendar Management: Develop and maintain a comprehensive marketing calendar, ensuring timely execution of campaigns, promotions, and key content initiatives.
  • Community Engagement: Actively engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a sense of community around the brands.
  • Analytics & Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights and recommendations for optimizing content and strategy.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Ad Campaigns: Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads and Google Ads to drive traffic and lead generation.
  • Brand Promotion: Leverage influencer marketing, partnerships, and collaborations to expand brand visibility and reach new audiences.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep strategies innovative and effective.

Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, and digital marketing. This is not a role for fast learners; we require a self-starter with hands-on experience.
  • Content Creation Skills: Ability to create visually appealing and engaging multimedia content, including graphic design, video editing, and copywriting.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to craft compelling messages and interact with audiences effectively.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Understanding of SEO, PPC, email marketing, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
  • Creativity & Innovation: Ability to think outside the box and develop fresh, engaging content ideas tailored to different target audiences.
  • Time Management & Organization: Strong multitasking abilities to manage multiple brands and campaigns efficiently.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and analytics to refine strategies and measure success.
  • Fast-Paced Environment Adaptability: Must be comfortable working in a high-energy setting with tight deadlines and multiple priorities.
  • Degree in Marketing or Communication (Preferred): While not mandatory, a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus.
