What We’re Looking For Social Media Chat
Chat Assassins is looking for high-level English speakers (C1-C2) who are eager to contribute to a remote sales team with a passion for helping clients and driving results. Here are the essential requirements:
- Fluency in English: Advanced to native-level (C1-C2). Excellent written and verbal communication skills are critical for engaging with clients and prospects.
- Desire to Earn in USD: We offer compensation in USD, giving you access to a stable income with potential for growth.
- Reliable Technology: A fully working desktop or laptop, as well as a smartphone, is essential to perform daily tasks effectively.
- Stable Internet Connection: A fast, reliable internet connection is a must for uninterrupted communication and sales performance.
- Full-Time Availability: You must be able to commit to working 8 hours per day, with 2 additional hours over the weekend.
- Location: You must be based in Latin America or Brazil.
- Experience: At least 4 months of experience in sales or customer service roles. If you aren’t confident in your English skills, please do not apply.
Role Overview: What You’ll Do as Social Media Chat
As a Social Media Chat Assassin, you’ll be part of a highly skilled team of sales professionals. Your primary focus will be to initiate and nurture authentic conversations with potential clients, ultimately leading to the sale of coaching programs. You’ll be working on behalf of one of our clients, a business coach, speaking and engaging as them on their social media platforms.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- 2 hours of initiating new conversations with prospects
- 2 hours of follow-ups to ensure conversations stay active
- 2 hours of organic account growth to expand the client’s reach
- 1.5 hours of responding to active leads and closing sales
- 30 minutes of management and daily communication with the team to keep everyone aligned and informed
The role is flexible and dynamic, with tasks constantly evolving based on client needs and sales goals. While the focus is on sales, you’ll also contribute to growth by helping our clients expand their digital presence.
