Key Responsibilities:

• Design Creation: Develop visually appealing and impactful designs for a range of marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, social media graphics, email campaigns, and website layouts.
• Collaboration: Work in tandem with the marketing team to conceptualize and implement creative ideas that align with our brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Project Management: Handle multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring all are completed on time and meet high-quality standards.
• Trend Analysis: Stay informed about the latest design trends and industry best practices to ensure our marketing materials remain contemporary and visually appealing.
• Production Coordination: Liaise with printers and external vendors to guarantee the high-quality production of marketing materials, ensuring all designs are print-ready and meet technical specifications.
• Feedback and Mentorship: Provide constructive feedback on design deliverables from junior designers or external agencies when necessary, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio that demonstrates your creativity and technical skills.
• Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Multiplatform Design Experience: Demonstrated ability to create designs for both print and digital platforms.
