This position will provide support to the Regional Managing Director and the Director of the President’s Office at our headquarters.     • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to provide insightful reports that aid in strategic decision-making.
    • Present well-researched data to support the company’s growth and operational objectives.
    • Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for business development or process improvement.
  3. Administrative Support
    • Assist in the planning and coordination of marketing, sales, and business management tasks.
    • Manage schedules, organize meetings, and handle other administrative responsibilities to ensure the smooth functioning of operations.
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  4. Task Management
    • Handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and execution.

    Job Requirements

    • Experience:
      • Background in marketing, sales, or business management.
      • Prior experience as an assistant or coordinator is preferred.
      • Familiarity with the engineering industry is a bonus but not essential.
    • Skills:
      • Strong market analysis and report-writing abilities.
      • Exceptional communication and coordination skills.
      • High sense of responsibility and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
    • Language Proficiency:
      • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese, ensuring clear communication with the headquarters.
