Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
As a Data Entry Clerk / Administrative Assistant, you will be a key player in ensuring the smooth running of our office. Your work will directly impact the effectiveness of our accounting and sales departments. Here’s an overview of what you can expect on a daily basis:
- Data Entry: You will enter important sales data into our systems and ensure that our accounting records are always accurate and up to date.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Database: You’ll be responsible for maintaining and updating the CRM database, ensuring that all customer information is correct and readily accessible.
- Mail Processing & Deposits: Handling incoming mail, processing payments, and making bank deposits will also be part of your daily duties.
- Lead Follow-Up: You will assist the sales team by following up on potential leads and ensuring that the sales pipeline remains full.
- General Administrative Support: You’ll provide general administrative support, from organizing files to assisting with day-to-day office operations.
In this role, you’ll be working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, giving you a reliable and structured schedule that allows you to maintain a healthy work-life balance. You’ll be part of a collaborative, professional team where your contributions will be valued and recognized.
