What Lead Graphic Designer Be Doing:
As a Lead Graphic Designer at Parsons, your primary focus will be working within our North American Infrastructure markets, which encompass transportation, energy, environmental sectors, and industrial manufacturing. You’ll collaborate closely with technical teams to develop strategic, visually compelling proposals and presentations.
- Proposal Collaboration: Partner on proposals and client interviews across a variety of critical infrastructure markets.
- Creative Development: Support the creation of strategic visual solutions, including graphics, infographics, page layouts, document design, and presentations.
- Visual Communication: Transform complex technical concepts into clear, engaging visuals that are accessible to diverse audiences.
- Collaborative Problem Solving: Work with proposal teams and subject matter experts to refine ideas and craft visual solutions that enhance our messaging.
- Strategic Storytelling: Elevate our proposals with strategic visual storytelling that communicates both technical and abstract concepts effectively.
Lead Graphic Designer Required Skills & Experience:
To be successful, Lead Graphic Designer should bring over 8 years of experience in proposal graphic design, particularly within infrastructure markets. You will need to have demonstrated expertise in translating written content into compelling visuals while adhering to strict brand guidelines and RFP requirements.
- Extensive Experience: 8+ years of experience in proposal graphic design, with a focus on creating visuals that support RFP requirements.
- Brand and System Knowledge: In-depth understanding of brand systems and standards, with the ability to work creatively within these frameworks.
- Infrastructure Knowledge: Familiarity with the infrastructure markets, including energy, transportation, and manufacturing.
- Visual Storytelling: Proven ability to take complex information and translate it into clear and engaging visuals.
- Collaborative Skills: Ability to work with a creative team while independently managing assignments and deadlines.
- Design Thinking: Apply strategic design thinking within the framework of strict project restrictions.
- Software Proficiency: Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, and the ability to deliver files optimized for both print and digital formats.
- Education: An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or a certificate from an accredited design/graphics course.
- U.S. Citizenship: Required for eligibility.

Salary Range: $40.05 – $70.10 per hour
