Your Role as a Customer Service Agent
As a Customer Service Agent, you will handle incoming calls and emails from Prime members, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals. You will:
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues related to medication and benefits.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address member concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
- Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and ensure that sensitive information is handled securely.
- Support callers with empathy, professionalism, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Participate in a 6- to 8-week paid training program to ensure you’re fully prepared for success.

Key Responsibilities || Customer Service Agent
- Answer and Assist: Respond to incoming calls and emails from members, pharmacies, and healthcare providers.
- Problem-Solve: Investigate and resolve member inquiries or escalate complex issues to appropriate team members.

- Multitask: Efficiently navigate multiple software systems to provide accurate and timely information.

Position Requirements
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

- Reliable Internet: Customer Service Agent Dedicated high-speed cable, DSL, or fiber internet (wireless or 5G connections are not supported).
- Availability: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and mandatory overtime when required.
- Training Commitment: Participation in a 6- to 8-week training class.
Qualifications
Required Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience.
- Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Call center experience, especially in the healthcare industry.
- Work-from-home experience.
- Fluency in Spanish (bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply).

Physical Requirements
