Senior UI/UX Designer (Mobile & Web) – Remote with Travel to DC (Preferred)
Salary: $160,000 – $190,000
Location: Remote (Travel to Washington, DC 3x/year preferred)

As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you’ll collaborate closely with product managers, department heads, and senior leadership to bring world-class web and mobile experiences to life. You’ll be an integral part of our product and engineering teams, ensuring every design solution enhances the user experience across various digital platforms.
UI/UX Designer || Key Responsibilities:
- Design Systems & Patterns: Translate business and customer requirements into cohesive style guides, design systems, and attractive user interfaces that are both functional and visually stunning.
- UI Design Solutions: Create high-quality designs using wireframes, visual designs, flow diagrams, and interactive prototypes, ensuring smooth workflows for users.
- UI Element Development: UI/UX Designer Design and test UI components such as call-to-actions (CTAs), banners, page layouts, page flows, and navigational menus, improving the overall interaction experience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure your designs meet business goals and solve user problems.
- Beta Testing & Prototyping: UI/UX Designer Manage beta programs, gather user feedback, and continuously refine designs to provide the best UX possible for our users.
- Research & Competition Analysis: Stay ahead of the curve by researching industry trends, analyzing competitors, and applying findings to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
UI/UX Designer || Required Skills & Expertise:
- Proficiency in Design Tools: Mastery of design tools like Figma, Sketch, and other prototyping software is essential. You will use these to craft detailed wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Experience in UI/UX: A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design for digital products and services. Your portfolio should showcase your ability to solve real user problems with creative mobile and web UI designs.
- Creative Problem-Solving: As a creative artist, you’ll need to think critically and work independently to solve design challenges. Your designs should reflect meticulous attention to detail and a user-centered approach.
- Design System Knowledge: Strong experience in creating and organizing design systems, ensuring consistent brand experiences across various platforms.
- Cross-functional Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to articulate design ideas confidently to senior leaders.
- Flexibility & Multitasking: You’ll need to manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring each one receives the necessary attention to deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines.
