The Senior Social Media Manager will spearhead our social media marketing efforts, focusing on scaling high-performing campaigns across various platforms while ensuring cost-efficiency and alignment with our business goals. This role requires a proactive, strategic thinker capable of managing multi-million-dollar budgets and multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Social Media Manager || Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of multiple social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), and more, ensuring they meet the company’s lead generation and cost efficiency targets.
  • Budget Oversight: Manage substantial advertising budgets, ensuring spending is aligned with campaign performance and business objectives.
  • Copywriting: Lead in crafting compelling, targeted copy that resonates with diverse audiences.
  • Creative Strategy: Collaborate with the Creative Director and content teams to develop innovative ad creatives.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor campaign performance using advanced analytics tools; prepare detailed reports on findings and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Ongoing Testing & Optimization: Perform A/B testing and advanced multivariate testing efforts to refine ad effectiveness and maximize ROI.
  • Landing Page Optimization: Take the lead on optimizing landing pages across various channels to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the fractional CMO, product teams, and engineering resources to align marketing strategies with broader company initiatives and to swiftly adapt to market demands.

Social Media Manager || Qualifications & Skills:

  • Social Media Manager Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on experience in online marketing and social media management, including significant experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets and campaigns within both startup environments and larger corporate settings.
  • Experience managing multi-million dollar monthly social media spends.
  • Education: Minimum bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. A master’s degree in business or, in addition, a professional digital marketing/ social media management certification is advantageous.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in various social media platforms (including Facebook, TikTok, X, etc.) and advertising solutions. Proficiency in HTML and basic coding languages for troubleshooting and quick fixes.
  • Creative Aptitude: A strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and the ability to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
  • Social Media Manager Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Must be able to effectively negotiate and present ideas to various stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex data and turn it into actionable strategies to achieve stringent KPIs. Skilled in using analytics software for A/B and multivariate testing.
  • Proactivity and Initiative: Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs, innovate, and flourish in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
