Your role will involve working closely with consultants to understand their requirements and then translating those requirements into innovative UX designs. These designs will not only meet but exceed the expectations of our clients.

You will be responsible for producing design solutions based on AB testing hypotheses. This involves using a data-driven approach to ensure that the designs are not only visually appealing but also backed by solid evidence. Your ability to think outside the box will be crucial as we are looking for someone who can bring fresh ideas to the table and avoid repetitive design patterns.

In this role, you will also be the primary designer on larger projects, where you will need to demonstrate your ability to manage complex structures and work with senior client stakeholders. Your expertise in both UX and UI design will be essential in delivering designs that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Innovation: Bring innovative design ideas to the table, avoiding repetitive patterns and ensuring that each project has a unique and effective design solution.
  • Agile Environment: Work in an agile environment where you will need to be flexible and adaptive to changing project requirements and timelines.
  • Stakeholder Management: Confidently present your designs to senior stakeholders, demonstrating your ability to communicate complex design ideas in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements:

  • UX/UI Design Expertise: You should have excellent knowledge of both UX and UI design, with a strong understanding of branding and design systems.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Experience in applying qualitative and quantitative data to design solutions is essential. You should be comfortable using data to inform your design decisions and ensure that the designs are effective.
  • User Behavior: A strong focus on UX and understanding of customer behavior is crucial. You should be able to create designs that are not only visually appealing but also enhance the user experience.
  • Tools and Technologies: Proficiency in Figma is required, as well as experience working on desktop, mobile, and tablet websites/apps.
  • Communication Skills: Outstanding personal and communication skills are essential, as you will be working with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Agile Methodology: Experience working in an agile environment is desirable, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced agency setting.
  • Commercial Awareness: Understanding the commercial aspects of design and how it impacts the business is important.

Desirable Skills:

  • UX Research: Experience moderating UX research sessions will be an advantage.
  • Product Teams: Experience working with product teams and product owners is desirable.
  • A/B Testing: Experience designing A/B tests is a plus.

Benefits:
