Leading End-to-End IT Solutions Consultancy are actively looking for a WordPress Developer to join the marketing team and play a key part in developing internal Websites and WordPress pages in order to target both public and private sector clients and increase market awareness.
This role is not a website developer position and instead will work alongside the marketing and content writers of the business offering guidance. The primary focus will be on using WordPress to help existing internal websites evolve creating new eye catching designs and customising themes and plugins.
To apply for the WordPress Developer position the following experience is required
- Proven track record creating websites designs using content management software (WordPress) to help design and evolve new/existing websites for internal divisions of a business.
- To have a sound understanding of SEO and how to maximise market penetration.
- Have excellent communication skills including being able to present working examples of WordPress drafts.
- To have a good working knowledge of front-end development would be seen as advantageous
- Full driving License
The WordPress Developer will work hybrid (2 days remote) and will be responsible for internal website improvement. The successful applicant will need to be at this level currently and be able to demonstrate project success and transferable skills
This is not a pure technical role so this role will evolve a high level of interaction across the business and at senior management level, so the right applicant must be able to demonstrate a concise approach to work in a positive can-do manner.
